Yacht Registration

We provide yacht registration services in all the major international ship registries. A few are listed below. If you are unsure which flag would best suit your needs or whether your yacht is compliant with the requirements of a specific flag state administration, our team can offer advice with regards to the most suitable flag/registration for your yacht. We specialise in British jurisdictions and in particular the Isle of Man, the UK, Cayman Islands, British Virgin Islands, Jersey and Guernsey. We can also look into any others you may be interested in.

We deal with all the necessary procedures and paperwork to complete the yacht registration whilst you just sit back and relax. We work closely with the builders, surveyors, captains and clients to ensure the process is as smooth as possible. Our Technical Services team can assist in ensuring Large Yacht Code compliance or research viable alternative arrangements which can be considered as equivalencies acceptable to the Flag State Administration.

We have our very own ship registry on the Isle of Man, a component part of the British Register. The present day registry was created in 1984 and since then has developed to be an independent, quality, international British register dedicated to the maintenance of high standards, both in its service to customers and in the operation of Manx ships and yachts.

We can organise registration of your yacht as part of your corporate ownership package but also offer tailored yacht registration services for which we act as Representative Office and Registered Agent through Dominion Marine Technical Services.
