The Big Tidy UpICM Group staff are able to take two days a year during working hours to participate in volunteer days in support of local charities. This is not only beneficial to the charities but also an opportunity for staff to do something altruistic and enjoy teamworking with colleagues they may not usually work with on a day to day basis. In 2009, five volunteer days were organised with local charity the Manx Wildlife Trust, helping to get a new wildflower garden and nursery ready for the grand opening on Manx national holiday, Tynwald Day. In May 2010, a group of ICM volunteers helped support the Hospice black tie event that took place in the gardens of Billown Manor House near Castletown on the Isle of Man. This event was sponsored by the ICM Group. Other activities have included helping clean up the beaches on the Isle of Man as part of The Big Tidy Up and helping The Children's Centre with their gardens.

In 2011 some staff helped at the Youth Commonwealth Games  which took place on the Isle of Man in September.

Other individual fundraising activities are supported by ICM Directors on a discretionary basis. These have included marathon runs, charity treks and sponsored walks.
