Payroll Administrator - Ref. ICM112
Our yachting department is looking for a Crew Payroll Administrator to be responsible for the maintenance of crew payroll systems, ensure payrolls are processed efficiently and accurately and that employees are paid on time.
Key duties include the establishment and maintenance of contractual arrangements with clients, data inputting and reconciliation of payrolls, liaising with employees, employers and clients on contractual, employment and payroll issues and maintaining accurate and confidential records. The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring payroll year-ends are processed accurately and on time, dealing with telephone enquiries and other general administrative duties.
Ideally, We are looking for someone with experience in personnel administration, with a good telephone manner and a methodical approach to the task. We need someone who will deal with queries in a timely and effective basis. The role will require good organisation and time management skills, attention to detail, a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook, effective team work as well as an ability to work alone. Our successful candidate will have a positive, supportive and constructive attitude and some knowledge of UK Tax and NI.
Senior Marine Administrator - Ref. ICM 111
We are looking for a Senior Marine Administrator with at least 10 years industry experience with more than 5 years specialising in yachting companies.
An extensive knowledge on lease structures, marine finance and VAT and tax matters is essential.
The candidate must be able to work on their own initiative and be confident in managing their own portfolio of clients. A knowledge of crew employment and NI solutions would be beneficial.
The candidate must be self confident, have robust communication skills and the ability to network. A willingness to travel to yacht shows and seminars is also required.
