Company & Trust Administrator - Ref. ICM 116

This is a full time post in the Corporate & Fiduciary Department of Inter-Continental Management Limited (ICM) which is based in Douglas.

The role includes a number of responsibilities including the administration of a diverse portfolio of client companies and trusts and dealing with all related business to a high standard and within regulatory guidelines and timescales.

The successful candidate will be required to liaise with all stakeholders including clients, intermediaries, banks, registries and the directors of the client companies and trusts. Regular liaison with the internal compliance and accounts departments will also be required.

ICM is looking for a good team player who can work with minimal supervision and communicate well with colleagues and third parties. The successful candidate will be able to develop and maintain effective business relationships with colleagues and clients and provide a high level of service at all time.

Other tasks and responsibilities will include providing assistance and support to senior administrators, adherence to company policy and procedures, working to ensure correct records are maintained within the FSC guidelines and regulations and the collection of due diligence as necessary. Further tasks include creating and verifying payments, opening bank accounts, creating and maintaining cashbooks and dealing with and prioritising daily correspondence.


The successful candidate will be expected to attend training as required and develop the relevant knowledge and skills.
