How it works
Our one clients will work with their personal account manager to establish which transactions they wish to be administered.The typical monthly value of these transactions will be calculated to determine the monthly amount that is to be deposited.
one will arrange for invoices relating to all regular expenses to be redirected to one.
one clients will have access to a secure online database so they can:
- authorise invoice payments
- monitor the activity of their individual one bank account
- review images and details of all invoices (unauthorised, authorised and paid)
one is a bespoke and personal service that allows clients to be as involved as they wish. Clients can review and authorise their own invoices or can choose for them to be automatically authorised seven days after being uploaded to the database.
one clients will have direct access to their account manager. If they wish to use one to process an ad hoc transaction, they simply need to provide their account manager with a copy of the invoice to be paid.
one transaction fees are very reasonable and are based on a low percentage of the turnover of expenses. In fact, one fees are often effectively mitigated through taking advantage of prompt payment discounts and online payment options.
