Adam Russell - Business Development Manager
ICM Group, Isle of Man office

Adam is a Chartered Accountant and has worked as an auditor for both Deloitte and Ernst and Young in the Isle of Man. Prior to working in the finance industry Adam was a radio presenter. He joined ICM in August 2008. His role is to identify, assess and implement new business opportunities and procedures across the Group.

Alex Tucker - Compliance Manager

Alex was born in Lancashire and graduated from the University of Liverpool. She started her career in the Insurance Industry in Scottish Provident International. She joined ICM in 2008 as Compliance Manager. She is currently enrolled in the ICSA professional Programme.

Andy Duggan - Marine Administrator

Originally from Liverpool, Andy moved to the Isle of Man a little over 19 years ago where he worked within the motor trade for 10 years, before co-owning a furniture business. Andy moved into corporate services in 2005 as a Trust and Company Administrator, before focusing his attention on the yacht industry and is currently employed as a Marine Administrator, managing a portfolio of commercially registered, yacht owning companies.

Angie Deady - Operations Manager
Martyn Fiddler Associates Limited, Stansted office

Angie has always worked in the service industry, in various fields, including printing, the paper industry and interior design and decorating. Angie joined Martyn Fiddler Associates in 2000 and has watched the business grow steadily to a team of four based at Stansted airport. Angie and her team arrange importation and exportation of aircraft, handling on average 16 aircraft a month. Angie manages the team, deals with clients on a daily basis and attends the major aviation shows.

Anna Shimmin - Compliance Administrator

Anna graduated from DeMontfort University with a Ba (Hons) in English in 2008, specialising in creative writing. During her course she worked in the USA. Anna returned to the island once she completed her course where she gained work experience in the Account Management Department at Barclays and as a Client Relationship Banker at Zurich Bank International. During her work experience her interests turned to compliance. In November 2009 she joined ICM as Compliance Assistant.

Annette Frost - Compliance and Accounts
One Accounts Limited, Isle of Man office

Annette is from Hull in the UK. After graduating from Hull University, Annette worked for Humberside County Council Education Department and Fire Department before moving into the family business. Annette moved to the Isle of Man in 1991, working in various business areas before moving to Deloittes (who were contracted to Barclays Private Bank) as a book-keeper/accounts assistant. Annette now works as a bookkeeper for One Accounts and also deals with compliance issues and tax returns.

Annie Nedellec - Senior Marine Administrator

Annie is a French citizen and has been living in the UK and Isle of Man since 1981. Annie has a degree in English and worked as a Personal Assistant before joining the Dominion team in 2004. Annie was appointed Honorary French Consul for the Isle of Man in 1995 and obtained British Citizenship in 2005. Annie manages a portfolio of commercial yachts, dealing mainly with our French speaking clients.

Catherine Britnell - Associate Director

Catherine is a fully qualified corporate administrator and is an associate of the Securities Institute. As Dominion Marine’s longest serving member of staff she has been instrumental in the development and growth of the business and has vast experience in many areas of corporate management as well as the ownership, registration and ongoing management of large commercial yachts. Catherine handles a portfolio of our large commercial yacht owning companies as well as managing the Dominion team and representing the company at forums and shows.

Catherine Connolly - Marine Manager

Catherine joined Dominion Marine in 2000 and has played a key role in the growth and development of the business. Catherine currently manages the majority of portfolios that use the Isle of Man Yacht Leasing structures as well as a portfolio of commercial and pleasure yachts. Catherine manages a team of Marine Administrators and attends several of the major Yacht Shows. Before joining Dominion Marine, Catherine worked in marketing at Bradford & Bingley International.

Charlotte Last - Aviation Assistant

Charlotte graduated in 2006 from Lancaster University with a BA (Hons) in French Studies. As part of her degree she spent a year as an English teaching assistant in the South of France and returned there last year after graduating where she worked as an au pair and marketing co-ordinator for a new children’s clothing business. Charlotte moved back to the Isle of Man in August 2012 and started working as an Aviation Assistant for ICM Aviation in October.

Chris Allix - Director - Board Member

Chris is the founder of Dominion Marine Corporate Services. An ACIB qualified trustee, Chris worked for the Williams & Glynns Trust Company (RBS) in London and Manchester and the Roy West Trust Corporation (Coutts) in the Cayman Islands before moving to the Isle of Man where he founded Dominion Marine in 1984. Chris has built up his knowledge of the yachting industry over twenty five years to become one of the leading experts in the field.

Chris Blake - New Business & Banking Manager
ICM Group, Isle of Man office

Chris has over 18 years experience in the Offshore Financial Services sector both in the Isle of Man and Channel Islands where he managed Personal, Private and Corporate wealth clients as a Senior Relationship Manager at two large banking institutions. Chris joined the ICM Group in April 2009. He manages the New Business unit, along with the group's external banking, asset finance, investment and advisory relationships. Chris has gained qualifications for Financial Planning (FPC), Mortgage advice (MAQ), Diploma 5 in Management & Leadership (MCMI), the IFS Diploma in Corporate Banking (Applied DFSM) and the Diploma in Company Direction (Dip IoD). Chris is also an Executive Challenge Committee member of the Chartered Management Institute and a Director of the Isle of Man Association of Corporate Service Providers.

Claire Koehl - Operations Administrator

Claire has worked for Martyn Fiddler Associates Limited since 2007, in operations and as PA to Martyn Fiddler. She has been working in the aviation industry for 15 years and previous experience includes working at Orlando Sanford Airport and many years at London Stansted Airport as a Passenger Service Agent, in recruitment and as a Travel Agent.

David Jackson - Director - Board Member

David graduated in Law at Leeds University and went on to work for National Provincial (Nat West) in the Trust Department, qualifying as an ACIB trustee. In 1980, David moved to the Cayman Islands to work for CITCo and in 1986 to Zurich for Standard Chartered Trust Co.. He became a Director and Shareholder of ICM in 1989 and worked in our UK office until recently when he transferred to the Isle of Man. David is an expert in corporate & fiduciary matters.

Elaine Clague - Senior Company and Trust Administrator

Elaine graduated from the University of Nottingham with a BA (Hons) in American Studies in 2004, and attended the Sate University of New York at Albany for a year as part of her degree programme. She returned to the Island after university, working for other corporate service providers before joining ICM as a Senior Trust & Company Administrator in December 2009. Elaine is an ACIS qualified Chartered Secretary.

Emma Hill - Trainee Marine Administrator

Emma joined Dominion Marine in September 2009 after leaving school with A levels in English, Spanish, French and General Studies. Emma became a trainee marine administrator in 2011 and her role includes dealing with yacht registrations, radio licenses and other yacht matters. Emma continues to assist other staff with a variety of administrative tasks.

Hayley Gelling - Company and Trust Administrator

Hayley was born and raised on the Isle of Man. She has worked in the Company and Trust sector for over ten years, working for companies such as Ernst & Young, TP Winnell & Co, MeesPierson Intertrust and West Corporation Limited. She is an experienced client administrator and holds an IAM Diploma in Financial Administration. Hayley started working for ICM as a Company and Trust Administrator in October 2012 and plans to follow the ICSA study programme.

Jacqui Mylchreest - Corporate Administrator

Jacqui is from the Isle of Man and has worked for both Inter-Continental Management and Dominion Marine Corporate Services since 2007. Jacqui assists the Marine Administrators and carries out a variety of corporate tasks.

Jenny Jameson - Office Manager

Jenny was born in London and moved out to Essex at a young age. She now lives only 5 miles from the Stansted office. Jenny joined Martyn Fiddler Associates in November 2006 in the role of Aviation Administrator and dealt mainly with verifying aircraft documents in order to import them into the EU. More recently Jenny has been promoted to Office Manager.

Jenny Oliver - Marketing Manager

Jenny’s academic qualifications include a BA (Hons) in Modern Languages and an MLitt in Italian from Bristol University. She worked in Italy for twelve years, in tourism, education and for the British Council as Information Services Manager before moving back to the UK in 2002. Jenny joined Dominion Marine in 2006 and moved into a marketing role for the ICM Group in 2008. She is responsible for website development, advertising, show planning and other marketing activities. Jenny speaks fluent Italian and some Russian. Jenny is currently studying for an MA in Online Communication with Sheffield Hallam University.

Jenny Weckwerth - Company and Trust Administrator

Jenny moved to the Isle of Man in 1999 to complete a BSc (Hons) degree in Marine Biology with the University of Liverpool. After graduating she worked within the ship management industry for seven years. She moved into corporate services in 2008 and joined ICM as a Company & Trust Administrator in September 2009.

Jonathan Price - Office Assistant

Jonathan graduated with a BA Hons in Philosophy from Stirling University in 2010. He also studied modules in Politics and Law and participated in a study abroad programme in 2008/2009, spending a year at the University of Kansas in the US. On returning to the Isle of Man in 2010 Jonathan worked in customer services for Friends Provident International before moving in to the ICM Group's Corporate & Fiduciary department in January 2011.

Julia Featherstone - Marine Administrator

Julia Featherstone joined Dominion Marine in July 2008 as Yacht Leasing Administrator and moved in to Marine Administration of pleasure and commercial vessels in April 2010. Julia has lived in the Isle of Man for most of her life and graduated from Sheffield Hallam University in June 2008 with a first class degree in English Studies.
Julia is currently on a 10 month sabbatical.

Julia Johnson - Marine Administrator

Julia joined Dominion Marine in May 2008 as a marine administrator. She manages a large portfolio of pleasure yachts and yacht registrations. Julia supervises trainee marine administrator Emma Hill and assists marine manager Catherine Connolly with specific organisational and administrative tasks.

Julie Morrison - Receptionist

Julie (Jooles) is our first point of contact in the Isle of Man office covering the switchboard as well as welcoming visitors and dealing with suppliers. She has over 13 years experience of working in a customer services environment including in a sales and marketing role and as a travel agent.

Karen Reilly - Company Administrator

Karen Reilly began working for ICM Limited on a temporary basis in 2007 and has now been a full time employee since 2008. She is the sole employee of ICM UK and is based in the Stansted office. Karen has been in the finance industry for most of her employed life. Karen spent 4 years in Italy and is fluent in the Italian language.

Kate Hicks - Marine Administrator

Kate is from the Isle of Man, and joined Dominion Marine in March 2008 after working for several years as an Accounts Assistant. Kate is a Marine Administrator in the yachting department.

Kim Dent - Head of Corporate and Fiduciary

Kim has over 15 years experience of dealing with various offshore structures involving high net worth individuals, corporate, trust and partnerships and has been a qualified Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) since 2002. Kim deals with a variety of businesses, providing a high level of technical knowledge in order to liaise with, maintain and build a primary relationship with clients, intermediaries and professionals. She also manages a team of Administrators, providing a high level of administration services.

Laura Mackie - Credit Controller

Laura joined the ICM Group in 2010 as Group Credit Controller. Laura's main remit is to clear all outstanding invoices that have not been settled within the time limit. Before joining ICM, Laura worked for LCL (IoM) Limited for nearly 8 years in the client servicing function in a variety of client facing roles, processing claims and credit control. Laura has also worked for BUPA as a claims assistant.

Louise Pearcy - Accounts
ICM Accounting, Isle of Man office

Louise was born in Manchester and moved to the Isle of Man to work in the banking industry. She has worked for Deloitte & Touche in their offshore Trust & Company administration services, for Arthur Andersen in Manchester and for the audit department of KPMG. Louise joined the ICM Group in 2005.As a senior member of the team, she reviews client and trust accounts and manages the workload of the client accounting team.

Lyndsay Fosdal - Marine Administrator

Lyndsay has been working in the financial services industry since 1995. She began her career with a large banking group and progressed to take on a senior role in a company specialising in extended warranties. Lyndsay then headed the Litigation Funding department of a local bank for two years before moving in to the Yachting and Aviation industry in 2007. Lyndsay joined the team of Marine Administrators at Dominion Marine in 2009.

Mark Byrne - Director - Board Member

Mark was born in Douglas on the Isle of Man and graduated in Law from the University of Westminster. He has an MBA from Manchester Business School and a Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing. Whilst a student, Mark worked for two engineering companies in Germany in the legal, budgeting and marketing departments and for a management consultancy company in London and Ireland. Mark went on to work for a trust company as a client administrator and business development manager before being appointed as a director of the ICM Group in 1995. Mark specialises in corporate & fiduciary matters with a special interest in aviation.

Martin Kennaugh - Head of Aviation

Martin originates from the Isle of Man and holds an Honours degree in Economics. As a former Bank Manager, Martin spent several years working in London and France. He joined ICM in 2007 and has recently been awarded the ICSA Diploma in Offshore Finance and Administration. Martin is Head of Aviation and attends the major aviation shows.

Mary Furlong - Accounts

Mary moved to the Isle of Man in 1998 from Northern Ireland. She has worked for various companies including Clerical Medical in their accounts department and Shell Shipping where she worked for 3 years dealing with over 1000 fleet officers’ payroll. Mary joined the ICM Group in 2006 and recently completed the CAT qualification. Mary deals with new business for the One Accounts team and prepares client accounts.

Neil Duffy - ETS Technical Manager

Neil graduated from City University with a Bsc (Hons) in Air Transport Studies in 2007. Neil holds a private pilot’s licence, which he obtained in Florida in 2005. He joined ICM in September 2009 to develop a new Verification service for the aviation industry as it enters the EU Emissions Trading Scheme and is based in our Stansted office.

Nikki Quinn - Senior Marine Administrator

Nikki Quinn is a Senior Marine Administrator and manages a portfolio of commercially registered, yacht owning companies. Originally from Yorkshire in the North of England, Nikki spent 5 years abroad in the travel industry before moving to the Isle of Man. She moved to Dominion in 2006 after working for a local radio station. Nikki speaks Spanish and is currently working towards an IAM International Diploma in Financial Administration.

Paul Hilton - Company & Trust Administrator

Paul read Law at both Northampton and Westminster University and returned to the Isle of Man to take up a Corporate Administration position with a large Corporate Service Provider in 2003. Paul joined ICM Ltd in August 2008 to take on a more diverse portfolio of clients.

Ranulf Lucas - Company and Trust/New Business Administrator

Ranulf grew up in the Isle of Man and after graduating from the University of Liverpool entered the Finance Sector on the Island. Since 2001 he has worked in Administration, New Business, Marketing and Project Management roles for Corporate Service Providers and taken time out to travel around the world. His qualifications include PRINCE2. Ranulf joined ICM at the beginning of 2010 as Company and Trust/New Business Administrator.

Rebecca Eales - Accounts

Rebecca graduated in Economics and Accounting from Bristol University and qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 2005. She joined the ICM Group in September 2009. Rebecca is Senior Accountant for One Accounts having previously worked for other CSPs on the Isle of Man, both as a trust and company administrator and accountant.
Rebecca is currently on maternity leave.

Robert Wilkinson - Administrator

Robert joined ICM in June 1998 as a Company and Trust administrator having worked for MeesPierson (Isle of Man) Limited since 1994 as a Company Administrator in the Trust Department. Before that Robert had a successful career in the Hospitality Industry in the UK. Robert gained a professional qualification in Company and Trust Administration in March 1998 and currently provides support to the Corporate and Fiduciary Department

Sarah Fry - Director and Company Secretary - Board Member

Sarah has a degree in Accountancy and is an ACIS qualified Chartered Secretary. She is a qualified Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP). Sarah recently passed the Institute of Directors (IoD) Diploma in Company Direction and is now working towards achieving Chartered Director status. She previously worked for large UK and overseas organisations including Mattel Inc, and Brantano Footwear before moving to offshore corporate services with ICM in 2007. She was appointed Group Company Secretary in August 2008 and Director in November 2010.

Simon Roberts - Head of Dominion Crew Solutions

Simon is originally from the Isle of Man and has worked within the shipping and yacht management industry for 12 years, specialising in technical and crew management issues. Simon joined the ICM Group in 2010 to lead the new Crew Payroll Services team, having substantial knowledge and expertise in this area. Simon has conducted full ISM and ISPS audits on a variety of large vessels worldwide. His work has taken him to countries such as Russia, Ukraine, Poland, Africa, Philippines the UK and Jersey. Simon is qualified as a QMS Lead Auditor/Assessor and holds a Lloyds Maritime accredited Diploma in Crew Management.

Siobhan Hill - Director - Board Member
ICM Group, Isle of Man office

Siobhan has a degree in Spanish and Business and a PGCE in Modern Foreign Languages. In 2003 she qualified as a Chartered Accountant (ACA) with Deloitte and has extensive audit experience in a wide range of business environments. Siobhan joined ICM in 2005 as Group Accountant and became Finance Director in 2007. Siobhan is also Director of One Accounts.

Tammy Norris - Senior Marine Administrator
Dominion Marine Corporate Services, Isle of Man office

Tammy moved to the channel islands from Herefordshire in 1998, initially working in hotel management and then moving in to the offshore finance sector. She worked for Lombard Finance (CI) Limited as motor and personal finance account executive, soon moving into corporate and Marine Finance. In 2004 Tammy started working in the yachting industry, and worked for three CSPs in the channel islands before moving to the Isle of Man to join Dominion Marine in 2010. Tammy is Senior Marine Administrator and looks after a portfolio of clients including pleasure yachts, commercial yachts and leasing structures.

Tim Riley - New Business Administrator

Timothy’s academic qualifications include a BA (Hons) in Economics and International Relations from Lancaster University and an MSc in Globalisation and International Policy Analysis from the University of Bath. His career in Company & Trust administration began at Ernst & Young (now Equiom). Timothy joined the ICM Group in 2008 as New Business Administrator.

Tina Hampson - VAT Co-ordinator

Tina is from the Isle of Man and joined the accounts department of the ICM Group in December 2006. She worked for Scottish Provident International (now known as Royal London 360) for thirteen years, working in various areas including commissions, sales & marketing and latterly accounts. She is a Fellow member of the International Association of Book-keepers and is currently sitting her ACCA exams. Tina is responsible for all VAT work including VAT registrations, VAT returns and any VAT related queries.

Vishakha Dharmadhikari - Isle of Man Yacht Leasing Administrator

Vishakha moved to the Isle of Man in 2007 from Pune, India, and holds an MA in Clinical Psychology. Vishakha joined Dominion Marine in June 2010 as a trainee Leasing Administrator. Her responsibilities include raising lease and fees invoices, assisting with the administration of the IOMYL leasing structure and assisting with the preparation of sale documents. Prior to this, Vishakha briefly worked as support staff in some of the Island’s primary and secondary schools. Vishakha speaks three Indian languages: Hindi, Marathi and Gujarati

Wanda Garbett - Accounts

Wanda joined the ICM Group accounting team in June 1998. Her responsibilities include invoicing, cash flow, paying suppliers, checking banking payments, maintaining in-house cashbooks and preparing accounts for a number of client companies. She previously worked at MeesPierson in their Trading Companies Division and in the Trust Department of The Royal Bank of Canada.
