Emma Joined Dominion Marine as office junior in September 2009 having left school in July with A levels in English, Spanish, French and General Studies. Her role includes supporting the team of marine administrators, updating systems and dealing with mail and telephone calls.

Jacqui Mylchreest - Office Junior / Receptionist

Jacqui is from the Isle of Man and has worked for both Inter-Continental Management and Dominion Marine Corporate Services since 2007.  She is currently working towards becoming a Marine Administrator on completion of the ICSA Certificate & Diploma in Offshore Finance and Administration.

Jennifer Bernard - Company and Trust Administrator

Jenny moved to the Isle of Man in 1999 to complete a BSc (Hons) degree in Marine Biology with the University of Liverpool. After graduating she worked within the ship management industry for seven years. She moved into corporate services in 2008 and joined ICM as a Company & Trust Administrator in September 2009.

Jenny Jameson - Operations Administrator
Martyn Fiddler Associates Limited, Stansted Office

Jenny was born in London and moved out to Essex at a young age.  She now lives only 5 miles from the Stansted office. Jenny joined Martyn Fiddler Associates in November 2006 in the role of Aviation Administrator and dealt mainly with verifying aircraft documents in order to import them into the EU. More recently Jenny has also taken on some of the accounts work.

Jenny Oliver - Sales & Marketing Manager

Jenny’s academic qualifications include a BA (Hons) in Modern Languages and an MLitt in Italian from Bristol University. She worked in Italy for twelve years, in tourism, education and for the British Council as Information Services Manager before moving back to the UK in 2002. Jenny joined Dominion Marine in 2006 and has recently moved into a marketing role for the ICM Group. She is responsible for website development, advertising, show planning and other marketing activities. Jenny speaks fluent Italian.

John Wade - Technical Manager

John has a long career in the shipping industry starting as an indentured Ship Draughtsman at Cammell Laird (S & E) Ltd. Thereafter John gained experience in ship repair, preparation of stability and strength programmes and surveying. John joined the Isle of Man Marine Administration in 1987 and became Principal Marine Surveyor with responsibility for commercial yachts. He was involved in the preparation of the original Isle of Man Commercial Yacht Code. John has a BA, an HNC in naval architecture and is a Chartered Engineer and a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Naval Architects. John joined Dominion Marine in 2005. John is vice chairman of the local Isle of Man branch of RINA and IMarEst.

Julia Featherstone - Leasing Administrator

Julia Featherstone joined Dominion Marine in July 2008 as Yacht Leasing Administrator and is also being trained in Marine Administration of pleasure vessels. Julia has lived in the Isle of Man for most of her life and graduated from Sheffield Hallam University in June 2008 with a first class degree in English Studies.  Julia is currently enrolled on the ICSA Professional Programme.

Julia Johnson - Marine Administrator

Julia Johnson joined Dominion Marine Corporate Services in May 2008 as a Marine Administrator dealing with the administration of pleasure yacht owning companies. Julia comes from a secretarial background. She has lived on the Isle of Man for most of her life.

Julie Morrison - Receptionist

Julie (Jooles) is our first point of contact in the Isle of Man office covering the switchboard as well as welcoming visitors and dealing with suppliers. She has over 13 years experience of working in a customer services environment including in a sales and marketing role and as a travel agent.

Julie Reynolds-Sinclair - Company & Trust Administrator

Julie is from the UK and started her working life with British Aerospace and later with GKN.  Julie worked in offshore finance in Jersey before moving to the Isle of Man in 1995 and joining Price Waterhouse Coopers and Deloitte & Touche. She joined the Company & Trust team at Inter-Continental Management Limited in 2004.

Karen Reilly - Company & Trust administrator

Karen is the sole employee of Inter-Continental Management (U.K.) Limited. She is the Company Administrator responsible for our UK Companies and is situated in the Stansted office, near London. Karen originates from the Isle of Man and has been with ICM since July 2007. She spent some years in Italy and is a fluent Italian speaker.

Kate Hicks - Trainee Marine Administrator

Kate is from the Isle of Man, and joined Dominion Marine in March 2008 after working for several years as an Accounts Assistant. She has been working as a Trainee Marine Administrator alongside Catherine Britnell since September 2008. She is working towards the ICSA Certificate in Offshore Finance and Administration.

Louise Pearcy - Accounts
ICM Accounting, Isle of Man office

Louise was born in Manchester and moved to the Isle of Man to work in the banking industry. She has worked for Deloitte & Touche in their offshore Trust & Company administration services, for Arthur Andersen in Manchester and for the audit department of KPMG.  Louise started to work for ICM Accounting in 2005 and as a senior member of the team she reviews client and trust accounts and manages the workload of the client accounting team.

Lyndsay Fosdal - Marine Administrator

Lyndsay has 14 years experience in the financial services industry. She began her career with a large banking group and progressed to take on a senior role in a company specializing in extended warranties. Lyndsay then headed up the Litigation Funding department of a local bank for two years before moving in to the Yachting and Aviation industry in 2007. Lyndsay joined the team of Marine Administrators at Dominion Marine in 2009.

Mark Byrne - Director - Board Member

Mark was born in Douglas on the Isle of Man and graduated in Law from the University of Westminster. He has an MBA from Manchester Business School and a Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing. Whilst a student, Mark worked for two engineering companies in Germany in the legal, budgeting and marketing departments and for a management consultancy company in London and Ireland.  Mark went on to work for a trust company as a client administrator and business development manager before being appointed as a director of the ICM Group in 1995. Mark specialises in corporate & fiduciary matters with a special interest in aviation.

Martin Kennaugh - Company & Trust Administrator

Martin originates from the Isle of Man and holds an Honours degree in Economics. As a former Bank Manager, Martin spent several years working in London and France. He joined ICM in 2007 and has recently been awarded the ICSA Diploma in Offshore Finance and Administration. Martin manages a portfolio of mainly aircraft owning companies and attends the major aviation shows.

Martyn Fiddler - Martyn Fiddler Associates Director

Martyn Fiddler, renowned aviation expert, has worked for many years in the aircraft industry and was formerly Operations Officer for British Airways/BEA, responsible for the formation of the British Airways Executive Aircraft Services. Martyn founded Helicopter and Aviation services Limited in 1977 and managed the operation of Heliports for a number of major sporting events including Royal Ascot and Cowes. Since 1994 Martyn has been Director of Martyn Fiddler Associates Limited and IOM Aviation Services Limited. Martyn specialises in Customs & Excise matters with particular regard to the movement of aircraft and aircraft equipment relating to EU Directives, Customs, Excise, VAT and associated UK immigration requirements. Martyn represents the trade with the JCCC (Joint Customs Consultative Committee), BBGA (British Business & General Aviation Association) and CATICG (Customs Air Transport Consultative Group).

Mary Furlong - Accounts
ICM Accounting, Isle of Man office

Mary moved to the Isle of Man in 1998 from N Ireland. She has worked for various companies including Clerical Medical in their accounts department and Shell Shipping where she worked for 3 years dealing with over 1000 fleet officers’ payroll. Mary joined ICM in 2006 and her role includes preparing client accounts. She has almost completed the ACCA CAT examinations.

Maxine Lace - Manager (Company & Trust)

Maxine was born on the Isle of Man and has worked in the CSP environment since 1992 as a client administrator dealing with diverse client portfolios. Maxine is currently studying level 3 certificate in Management with The Institute of Leadership & Management.

Nikki Quinn - Marine Administrator

Nikki Quinn is a Marine Administrator and manages a portfolio of commercially registered, yacht owning companies. Originally from Yorkshire in the North of England, Nikki spent 5 years abroad in the travel industry before moving to the Isle of Man.  She moved to Dominion in 2006 after working for a local radio station. Nikki speaks Spanish and is currently working towards an IAM International Diploma in Financial Administration. 

Paul Hilton - Company & Trust Administrator

Paul read Law at both Northampton and Westminster University and returned to the Isle of Man to take up a Corporate Administration position with a large Corporate Service Provider in 2003.  Paul joined ICM Ltd in August 2008 to take on a more diverse portfolio of clients. 

Ranulf Lucas - Company and Trust/New Business Administrator

Ranulf grew up in the Isle of Man and after graduating from the University of Liverpool entered the Finance Sector on the Island. Since 2001 he has worked in Administration, New Business, Marketing and Project Management roles for Corporate Service Providers on the Island and taken time out to travel around the world. His qualifications include ICSA, STEP and PRINCE2. Ranulf joined ICM at the beginning of 2010 as Company and Trust/New Business Administrator.

Rebecca Eales - Accounts

Rebecca graduated in Economics and Accounting from Bristol University and qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 2005. She joined ICM in September 2009 as Senior Accountant having previously worked for other CSPs on the Isle of Man, both as a trust and company administrator and accountant. 

Robert Wilkinson - Client Company Administrator

Robert joined ICM in June 1998 as a Company and Trust administrator having worked for MeesPierson (Isle of Man) Limited since 1994 as a Company Administrator in the Trust Department. Before that Robert had a successful career in the Hospitality Industry in the UK. Robert gained a professional qualification in Company and Trust Administration in March 1998 and manages a portfolio of trading companies.

Sarah Fry - Company Secretary

Sarah has a degree in Accountancy and is an ACIS qualified Chartered Secretary. She is a qualified Trust and Estate Practitioner (STEP) and is currently studying to become a Chartered Director with the Institute of Directors. She previously worked for large UK and overseas organisations including Mattel Inc, and Brantano Footwear before moving to offshore corporate services with ICM in 2007. She was appointed Group Company Secretary in August 2008.

Simon Irving - Accounts

Simon graduated from UCLAN with a BSc (Hons) Business Information Technology degree. Simon went on to work in business within a number of IT orientated roles until a recent career move into Accountancy. Simon is currently being trained in account preparation and working on VAT and TAX issues. He is working towards an ACCA CAT qualification.

Siobhan Hill - Director - Board Member

Siobhan has a degree in Spanish and Business and a PGCE in Modern Foreign Languages. In 2003 she qualified as a Chartered Accountant (ACA) with Deloitte and has extensive audit experience in a wide range of business environments. Siobhan joined ICM in 2005 as Group Accountant and became Finance Director in 2007.

Tim Riley - New Business Administrator

Timothy’s academic qualifications include a BA (Hons) in Economics and International Relations from Lancaster University and an MSc in Globalisation and International Policy Analysis from the University of Bath.  His career in Company & Trust administration began at Ernst & Young (now Equiom).  Timothy joined the ICM Group in 2008 as New Business Administrator.

Tina Hampson
ICM Group, Isle of Man office

Tina is from the Isle of Man and joined the accounts department of the ICM Group in December 2006. She worked for Scottish Provident International (now known as Royal London 360) for thirteen years, working in various areas including commissions, sales & marketing and latterly accounts. She is a Fellow member of the International Association of Book-keepers and is currently sitting her ACCA exams. Tina is responsible for all VAT work including VAT registrations, VAT returns and any VAT related queries.

Voirrey Collister - Senior Marine Administrator

Voirrey has lived on the Isle of Man most of her life and joined the Dominion Marine team in 2007 where she looks after a portfolio of commercial vessels. Voirrey previously worked in Trust and Company administration before moving into Yacht Management in 2004. Voirrey is registered for the STEP Diploma in International Trust Management. She obtained the Foundation Certificate in International Trust Management in 2002. 

Wanda Garbett - Accounts
ICM Accounting, Isle of Man office

Wanda joined the ICM Group accounting team in June 1998. Her responsibilities include invoicing, cash flow, paying suppliers, checking banking payments, maintaining in-house cashbooks and preparing accounts for a number of client companies. She previously worked at MeesPierson in their Trading Companies Division and in the Trust Department of The Royal Bank of Canada.
