Dominion Consultants has opened an office in Antibes, on the French Riviera, considering it to be the best location for easy access to contacts in the yachting industry. Situated between Cannes and Nice, Antibes, with its natural and well protected port, has been an important trading centre since Greek colony Antipolis was established there in the 5th Century BC.
Nowadays, Antibes is a buzzing, modern town and has become one of the main hubs for the yacht and superyacht industries. Its success is largely down to the growth of Port Vauban which is now the largest yachting harbour in Europe, with 2,000 berths and accommodation for yachts over 100m. Antibes is conveniently located near Nice Airport and close to Monaco, Italy and other major pleasure harbours along the French Riviera.
