Twenty five years ago Inter-Continental Management Limited (ICM) chose to base itself in the Isle of Man. We perceived at that time that the Isle of Man would provide an environment where the Government was supportive both economically and legislatively and where the Financial Sector interests were actively promoted.
Twenty five years later the Isle of Man enjoys a Standard and Poors Country Risk rating of “AAA” and has a reputation as a leader in regulatory standards in the financial sector. We think we made the right choice.
Our original business model was to provide company formation and administration services combined with services whereby we would also act as trustees for and administer trusts. This is still very much the core of our business today although ICM is just one of the companies in the ICM Group. Inter-Continental Management Limited is licensed by the Isle of Man Financial Supervision Commission as a Company & Trust Service Provider.
