Isle of Man Aircraft Registry

The Isle of Man Aircraft Registry was launched in May 2007 and is the only dedicated corporate aircraft register in Europe. There are now more than 400 aircraft registered with M registrations. The Aircraft Registry has enjoyed substantial growth over the last two years and now has sixteen surveyors resident in Switzerland, the Isle of Man, the USA and the UK.

Isle of Man Aircraft Register

The Isle of Man Aircraft Registry maintains high international standards whilst delivering unbeatable aircraft services. It is designed for high quality aircraft not engaged in public transport work. The registry does not normally register aircraft with an MTOW of less than 5,700kg.

The Registry also operates a service for airliners when they are not being operated as a commercial airline. This service is aimed at banks or leasing companies with commercial airliners that are parked or between leases. More information is available here.

ICM Aviation can help with all ‘M’ registrations and has established a good working relationship with the Registry team, conveniently located round the corner. The size of the Isle of Man means that we are never more than 20 minutes away from the airport and can deliver or collect documents and pilots whenever necessary.

We liaise with the Registrar’s office through the whole process on your behalf, from filing the completed application forms to the completion of the inspection and registration process. The Registry costs will depend upon the location of the aircraft, the condition and specifications and state of the records.

We are proud to have our own exclusive source of information when it comes to the latest allocations - click here to view the latest 25 M registered aircraft, courtesy of Bones Aviation.
