Isle of Man Aircraft Register

The Isle of Man Aircraft Registry headed by Capt. Brian E Johnson was launched in May 2007 and now has over 225 aircraft on the Register. The M-prefix is proving to be extremely popular with Registration marks such as M-YSKY and M-AGIC snapped up.

The Registry maintains the highest international standards whilst delivering unbeatable aircraft registry services. It is designed for high quality aircraft that are not engaged in public transport work. It features a unique combination of attributes that puts it at the top of the list of jurisdictions that should be considered by any business jet owner who is not using the aircraft for public transport. The registry does not normally register aircraft with an MTOW of less than 5,700kg.

ICM Aviation can help with all ‘M’ registrations and has established a good working relationship with Brian Johnson and his team. The size of the Isle of Man means that we are never more than 20 minutes away from the airport and can deliver or collect documents and pilots whenever necessary.

We can liaise with the aircraft Registrar’s office through the whole process on your behalf from filing the completed application forms to the completion of the inspection and registration process. The Registry costs will depend upon the location of the aircraft, the condition and specifications and state of the records.
