The Isle of Man Capital Markets Alliance

ICM has formed an alliance with the Isle of Man office of a Big 4 accountancy firm and a leading Manx law firm to offer an all inclusive solution for companies that are looking to access London’s capital markets through the establishment and administration of an Isle of Man holding company.

The Alliance has been designed to ensure that a huge proportion of the listing process can be performed in the Isle of Man by the best placed specialist for each task to ensure efficiency and cost effectiveness.

A single primary point of contact will be established between the alliance and the client. Alliance members will share client information and minimise disruption for the client whilst ensuring that each advisor is fully briefed.

The Alliance is flexible and continues to work very successfully when clients have already appointed certain members of their advisor team and only one or two members of the alliance are required to fulfil the client’s needs.
